Help wanted! This position will facilitate, supervise, guide, and instruct Inner Peaks Youth Large Groups, Adult Large Groups, and Birthday Parties
Expectations
- Provide outstanding customer service to customers, guests, and group participants.
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
- Manage group flow and organization through leadership and communication with co-staff.
- Demonstrate an upbeat and outgoing attitude to all, parents and climbers alike.
- Demonstrate an eagerness to help with operational tasks, including belaying, teaching, engaging with customers, executing Birthday Parties, and special event services.
Group Management
- Supervise all climbers with an intentional attitude that champions risk management.
- Belay participants up to the standard and training of Inner Peaks during climbing sessions.
- Ensure participants follow Inner Peaks safety rules while staying engaged with their experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with climbing walls and equipment.
- Experience in customer service working with youth and adults.
- Eager to work with others and to share the sport of climbing.
- Must have availability on weekends
Availability:
- To be eligible for working groups and parties at Inner Peaks, employees must have weekend availability of at least 8 hours. Depending on our current needs, some opportunities will be available outside of groups and parties for additional hourly work if you are interested!
