TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  • 1. Eligibility: 
    • 1.1. The giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. 
    • 1.2. Participants must have a valid Instagram account. 
    • 1.3. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of the climbing gym hosting the giveaway are not eligible to participate. 
  • 2. Giveaway Period: 
    • 2.1. The giveaway will commence on 5/29 at 9:00am and end on 6/5 at 11:55pm. 
    • 2.2. Entries received before or after the giveaway period will not be considered. 
  • 3. Entry Requirements: 
    • 3.1. To enter the giveaway, participants must: 
      • a) Follow the official Instagram account of the climbing gym. 
      • b) Like the giveaway post. 
      • c) Tag at least three friends in the comments section of the giveaway post. 
    • 3.2. Each participant may submit up to two entries. One for participating, and one for sharing the post. 
    • 3.3. Any incomplete, false, or misleading entries will be disqualified. 
    • 3.4. The climbing gym reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and disqualify any entry if deemed necessary. 
  • 4. Winner Selection: 
    • 4.1. The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries. 
    • 4.2. The selection of the winner will take place within three (3) days after the giveaway period ends. 
    • 4.3. The climbing gym will notify the winner through a direct message on Instagram. 
    • 4.4. If the selected winner does not respond within 48 hours of the notification, another winner may be selected. 
  • 5. Prize: 
    • 5.1. The prize consists of one (1) free month of membership at the climbing gym. 
    • 5.2. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative. 
    • 5.3. If the winner is not already a member, the membership will begin on the day after the giveaway window is done. 
    • 5.4. If the winner is already an individual member, they will not be charged on July 1st, 2023 for the normal membership dues for July 2023. 
    • 5.5. If the winner is a household additional member or youth additional member, only their membership dues will not be charged for the month of July. 
    • 5.6. If the winner has recently purchased a prepaid summer membership, their membership will be extended by one month. 
  • 6. Publicity: 
    • 6.1. By participating in the giveaway, the winner agrees to grant Inner Peaks permission to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation. 
  • 7. General Conditions: 
    • 7.1. Inner Peaks reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical issues. 
    • 7.2. Inner Peaks reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in any fraudulent or harmful activities. 
    • 7.3. Inner Peaks shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or injury incurred by participants or winners in connection with the giveaway. 
    • 7.4. Inner Peaks’ decision regarding all aspects of the giveaway, including but not limited to the selection of the winner, shall be final and binding.
