However, please rest assured that our members will only be impacted in the communication sense, as we have temporarily lost access to a primary communication channel.
We take the security of your personal information very seriously, and we want to reassure you that we are doing everything in our power to resolve the situation. As of now, we have contacted Instagram support and have made a new backup Instagram account as a preemptive measure. We are also re-verifying all two-factor authentications on our accounts.
We understand that our Instagram account is a primary channel to communicate important news and updates to our members. In the meantime, we invite you to refer to our Facebook page and website for the latest information.
