Additional Information
Booking Requirements:
A minimum of 5 climbers is required for booking.
Bookings must be made at least 2 weeks in advance.
Bookings should be made for the anticipated maximum number of guests.
Participant Adjustment Policy:
Participant numbers cannot be increased after booking, but reductions can be accommodated.*
Instructor and Chaperone Ratios:
Inner Peaks maintains a 1:5 instructor-to-climber ratio for Birthdays.
Each birthday party must have 1 chaperone for every 4 climbers under 14 years old.
If this ratio cannot be met, additional staff belayers can be arranged at $55.00 for the first additional belayer. Please note that your party package includes 2 Staff Members.
Waiver Requirements:
All participants must have a completed e-waiver on file before entering the facility and climbing areas.
Only a parent or legal guardian may complete an e-waiver for a participant under 18 years old.
Participants under 18 without a completed e-waiver by a parent or guardian will be denied participation.
