Event: Break The Nose Date of Event: May 17, 2025
Overview: Break The Nose is an 8-hour rope climbing fundraising competition for the Carolina Climbers Coalition. Teams of 2 climbers will challenge themselves to gain as many vertical feet as possible during the comp. The ”Nose” is in reference to the 31-pitch trad climb on Yosemite’s El Capitan. Climbers must climb 3,000 vertical feet in order to ‘Break The Nose’!
